Job Title: Manager, Contract Management Support

About the Role

The Suburban Rail Loop Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Contract Management Support to join its Procurement function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing operation of a new Contract Management Framework (Goods and Services).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage processes for reporting on key aspects of framework performance
  • Ensure contract management documentation is fit for purpose and issues are resolved
  • Coordinate related activities to meet stakeholder needs and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with procurement colleagues, senior stakeholders, and external stakeholders to raise awareness and build support for the framework's efficient and effective adoption

Requirements

  • Highly specialist procurement and/or contract management knowledge and experience
  • Ability to use data systems to inform decision-making
  • Strong leadership and initiative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
