Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager at Randstad, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes and managing contracts to ensure the marketing team has the necessary resources. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the procurement process for marketing-related contracts
- Collaborating with the marketing team to identify procurement needs and develop comprehensive strategies to address them
- Overseeing the entire contract management process for the marketing category
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to inform procurement strategies and decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of governance and transparency
About you:
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and contract management
- A relevant tertiary degree or certification in commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
