Job Title:
About the Role- As a Team Leader, you will oversee and mentor a team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality support services to participants.
- You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that enhance independence, access, development, health, wellbeing, and function of our participants.
- Manage an allocated caseload and provide therapeutic services efficiently.
- Deliver occupational therapy or speech pathology services in schools, homes, and community settings.
- Use clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participant outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor graduate and early-career clinicians.
- Foster a supportive environment to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Support clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management.
- Maintain compliance with current NDIS legislation.
- Flexibility – Part-time from 30.4 hours/week (minimum 4 days) or full-time.

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist.
- Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation.
