Job Title:

About the Role
  • As a Team Leader, you will oversee and mentor a team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality support services to participants.
  • You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that enhance independence, access, development, health, wellbeing, and function of our participants.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage an allocated caseload and provide therapeutic services efficiently.
  2. Deliver occupational therapy or speech pathology services in schools, homes, and community settings.
  3. Use clinical observations and assessments to set personalized treatment goals.
  4. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participant outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
  6. Supervise and mentor graduate and early-career clinicians.
  7. Foster a supportive environment to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
  8. Support clinicians with scheduling, referrals, and workflow management.
  9. Maintain compliance with current NDIS legislation.

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience post-graduation.
  • Leadership skills to meet key responsibilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement.
  • Desire to mentor and support early-career clinicians.
