
Senior Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced allied health professional to lead our team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists.
This role requires exceptional clinical skills, leadership capability, and a passion for mentoring emerging professionals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and foster the development of others in the team.
- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Delivering occupational therapy or speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
- Using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Mentoring graduate and early career occupational therapists or speech pathologists through clinical supervision and professional development
- Building a collaborative and supportive environment to promote clinical excellence
