Leadership Role in Allied Health

We are seeking an experienced allied health professional to lead our team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists.

This role requires exceptional clinical skills, leadership capability, and a passion for mentoring emerging professionals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and foster the development of others in the team.

  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Delivering occupational therapy or speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
  • Using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals
  2. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  3. Mentoring graduate and early career occupational therapists or speech pathologists through clinical supervision and professional development
  4. Building a collaborative and supportive environment to promote clinical excellence
