
Clinical Occupational Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Nepean Hospital.
The successful applicant will have recently completed their degree in Occupational Therapy or within 12 months of graduation from an entry-level Occupational Therapy program at time of application.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA.
- A current Class C NSW driver's license or equivalent and willingness to drive for work purposes.
- Strong verbal communication skills with consumers, teams, and agencies; experience in clinical documentation and formal reporting.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and manage routine clinical matters with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational therapy across hospital, community, and/or adult mental health settings.
- High level of organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using evidence-based practice resources to guide decision-making and a commitment to quality improvement.
