Therapeutic Service Leader
About the Position:We seek an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to lead our team and shape clinical services.
You will have the opportunity to share expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload and deliver therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Deliver essential Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
- Use clinical observations, standardised assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based interventions that help participants achieve their potential
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Support graduate and early career clinicians through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development
- Build a collaborative environment to enhance high-quality clinical outcomes
- Support clinicians with scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisation

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist beyond graduation (5 years minimum)
- Ability to demonstrate leadership capability

- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and testing new ideas
