Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Canberra store location. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and profitable work environment. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and motivating the in-store team to achieve their best.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Driving sales performance to meet or exceed targets
  • Leading, directing, and motivating the in-store team to achieve their goals
  • Managing stock deliveries, merchandising the store, and ensuring all promotional materials are displayed and communicated effectively
  • Offering styling tips and assisting customers with their purchases
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous management experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • A genuine sales approach with a proven track record of success
  • An ambitious drive to achieve sales targets and maximize growth
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate others
  • A commitment to continuous improvement through planning and goal setting
  • Strong leadership skills, including training, performance management, motivation, and coaching
