Residential Operations Manager

At The Star Brisbane, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Operations Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in leading residential operations teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will work closely with our Assistant Housekeeping Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of our services.
- Work closely with the Assistant Housekeeping Manager to ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and replacement as needed.
- Monitor and report maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime and disruption to guests.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a residential operations setting.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, improving operational efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
