Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our cleaning, trolley collection and waste support team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about people and retail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating rosters, managing staff, and maintaining cleanliness standards across the store. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of cleaners and trolley collectors
  • Create and manage rosters to ensure all tasks and operations are covered
  • Work with department managers to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage time and attendance activities, including tracking hours and absences
  • Order cleaning supplies and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks
  • Valid full Australian driver's licence
