What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. It focuses on person-centred support, employer engagement, and creating lasting inclusion in the workforce.

About the Role

As the Team Leader – Customer Care, you will lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability to access meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You'll oversee daily operations, coach your team to deliver person-centred service, and ensure a seamless, responsive experience for our customers. Your leadership will drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive, inclusive culture aligned with Endeavour Foundation's purpose.

What you'll be doing

As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

  • Monitoring customer interactions and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution.

  • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including workflows, KPIs, office coordination and site presentation.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to foster inclusive community connections and support networks.

What you'll bring

  • Proven leadership experience in customer service, employment services or a related sector.

  • A values-led approach to coaching, motivating and performance-managing teams.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong time management, resilience and adaptability.
