Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a national employment program led by Endeavour Foundation that empowers people with intellectual disability to prepare for, gain and sustain meaningful open employment. About the Role
As the Team Leader – Customer Care, you will lead a dedicated team supporting people with disability to access meaningful employment through the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. You'll oversee daily operations, coach your team to deliver person-centred service, and ensure a seamless, responsive experience for our customers. Your leadership will drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive, inclusive culture aligned with Endeavour Foundation's purpose.
What you'll be doing
As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Monitoring customer interactions and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
Managing day-to-day operations, including workflows, KPIs, office coordination and site presentation.
Collaborating with stakeholders to foster inclusive community connections and support networks.
What you'll bring
Proven leadership experience in customer service, employment services or a related sector.
A values-led approach to coaching, motivating and performance-managing teams.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management, resilience and adaptability.
