We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team in global mobility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading compensation data processes and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across client engagements globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end management of compensation data, ensuring seamless integration with client requirements
  • Collaboration with clients and offices worldwide to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions
  • Leveraging data analytics and automation tools to streamline high-volume data workflows and build insightful dashboards
  • Driving client engagement and project delivery through strategic meetings and daily communications
  • Supporting regional growth and team development, expanding services across APAC and mentoring junior team members

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years' experience in global mobility, employment tax, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills, including Excel experience and interpreting data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, essential for managing global stakeholders and meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, critical for handling sensitive compensation and compliance data
  • A process improvement mindset, with a willingness to innovate and use automation tools to enhance efficiency
