Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked with amenities.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including replenishing towels, toiletries, and other essential items.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
