The role of a Human Resources Partner is crucial within an organisation, providing guidance and advice to its programs. You will collaborate with a team of professionals located across Australia, working closely with the recruitment team.

This position is a full-time fixed-term parental leave cover primarily based in our Blacktown Office. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may need to travel.

We are seeking a candidate who has:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields;
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources Partnering role with significant experience in industrial matters;
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven organisational skills with the capacity to take on and deliver multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and exercise influence in diverse contexts
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued.
