Job Description

Operational Transformation Specialist - Energy and Utilities

Join a team of experts in operational transformation to drive change and improve efficiency in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to design and deliver business solutions for clients across the energy landscape, with a focus on energy networks and retail.
  • Support clients in translating strategic intent into operating model capabilities, redesigning their operating model to deliver end-to-end value for customers.
  • Help clients set their vision for transformation, detailing expected outcomes and defining organisational-wide problem statements to guide strategic direction.
  • Design and deliver complex transformations aimed at helping clients become more agile and adaptable in technology-focused areas and wider business.
  • Develop organisational strategy to support clients in succeeding as the energy market transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in leading roles in delivering business transformation projects in regulated energy/utilities sectors.
  • Proven track record in organisational agility transformations and large program definition and delivery.
  • Demonstrable management consulting experience in designing and implementing target operating models and/or broader transformation and change delivery.
  • Ability to conceptualise changing market dynamics and support clients in defining new business models, business cases for change, and future roadmaps/recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey messages to various stakeholders within clients.
