About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Electronic Monitoring team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Electronic Monitoring Compliance Officers and providing on-shift support to the EMS management team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering electronic monitoring training to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Overseeing sensitive reports and ensuring accurate electronic monitoring records are maintained.
  • Providing leadership and staff supervision to direct reports.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Practical knowledge and understanding of a corrections environment.
  • Experience working within a legislative framework and applying policies and procedures.
