We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Electronic Monitoring team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Electronic Monitoring Compliance Officers and providing on-shift support to the EMS management team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering electronic monitoring training to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Overseeing sensitive reports and ensuring accurate electronic monitoring records are maintained.
- Providing leadership and staff supervision to direct reports.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Practical knowledge and understanding of a corrections environment.
- Experience working within a legislative framework and applying policies and procedures.

As a Team Leader with the Department of Justice and Community Safety, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of Electronic Monitoring Compliance Officers and providing on-shift support to the EMS management team.
