Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trade Counter/Delivery Driver to join our team in Carole Park.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and product information to engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople. You will also be responsible for undertaking various tasks to keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service and information about products
  • Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone
  • The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
  • Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • A clean valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
