Product Expert - Beverages

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through expert product knowledge.

You will have the ability to engage with customers confidently and authentically to provide an unforgettable shopping experience. This includes effectively communicating product information, making recommendations, and handling customer inquiries.

Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and colleagues alike. You will also be responsible for upholding service standards and ensuring that all store policies are implemented correctly.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine interest in learning and expanding their product knowledge, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
