**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Ensure Business Innovation project costs are tracked and monitored against targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training plans for all team members.

**People Development Focus:**

  • Establish and maintain a mentorship program for engineers.
  • Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
  • Maintain and update training matrices and certification records.

**Business Improvement Projects:**

  • Plan and organize innovation workshops for the field service team.
  • Manage and track progress on business improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.

**Quality and Technical Systems Management:**

  • Coordinate access to technical systems for engineers as needed.
  • Manage QIS incident event documentation to ensure accurate reporting.

**Project Management Support:**

  • Utilize OnePM system for project management.
  • Assist with project pre-planning and conduct product sourcing.
  • Perform subcontractor evaluations and variation calculations.
  • Provide cost tracking and travel assistance.
