Senior Digital Transformation Leader

A senior role in overseeing the delivery of complex digital and technology-enabled projects that drive strategic objectives.


This is a pivotal position requiring a seasoned professional to lead multiple stakeholders across the full project lifecycle. You will be responsible for navigating intricate technical environments, managing scope, budget, and timelines while fostering collaboration between business and technical teams.

As a Senior Digital Transformation Leader, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of concurrent IT projects, ensuring they meet key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, architectural standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards, including change management and quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and governance bodies.
