We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to lead and manage large-scale projects. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to develop strong working relationships, and drive projects to successful completion.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • A recognized degree in a technical field, such as engineering or construction management
  • 7+ years of industry experience in project coordination or management
  • Excellent Microsoft skills and experience with project management software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
