Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team at Hickory. As the HSE Systems Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- HSE Standards Review: Conduct thorough assessments of current HSE practices to identify areas for improvement.
- HSE Strategy Design: Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to enhance the organization's HSE culture and performance.
- Strategic HSE Advice: Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on HSE matters.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure HSE performance and provide regular reports.
- EH&S Systems Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of EH&S systems.
- Training Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the engagement of site teams in EH&S systems and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) compliance.
- Site Visits and Feedback: Conduct regular site visits to support project management teams and gather feedback for potential improvements.
- Project Audits: Participate in internal and external project audits.
