As a Business Development Professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating student enrolments from new and existing clients. Your strong relationship management skills and sales acumen will be essential in building industry partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, preferably 3-5 years in solutions-based selling, or a background in laboratory science. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building an in-depth knowledge of government incentive and funding programs
  • Generating new leads and identifying potential business opportunities
  • Maintaining records in our customer relationship management system

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously, remotely, and have dual reporting lines. A current driver's licence and own car are required.

While a working with children's check and police clearance are mandatory, experience in a scientific field, vocational education and training sector, or knowledge of ASQA standards are considered valuable assets.
