The Kimberley region presents a unique set of challenges that require the Regional Administration Manager to be highly adaptable and resourceful. This role is responsible for the efficient running of administrative functions and processes, including logistics, regional reporting, and communication procedures for safety, asset management, fleet management, and accommodation across the region.

Job Description

This position plays a central role in supporting the delivery of conservation programs in the Kimberley region. As a key member of the team, the Regional Administration Manager will work closely with land managers, ecologists, and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of regional activities.

  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain management to support field operations.
  • Manage regional reporting and communication procedures to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to maintain optimal fleet and equipment performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent people management skills, including experience leading remote teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in infrastructure and asset management, including scheduling routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
