A full-time Regional Manager is sought to lead the OSHC Management Team in Stafford.

About This Role
  • Oversee daily operations of OSHC services, including workforce management, compliance, and service optimisation.
  • Develop contemporary programming aligned with Education and Care National Regulations, National Quality Framework, and Industry Standards.
  • Ensure Area Coordinators align with legal obligations and policies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Community, Child Care, Teaching, Disability, or equivalent; Diploma in Children's Services and/or relevant experience; or working towards a suitable qualification.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in managing high-quality children's services, including risk mitigation and staff management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including report writing and proposal development.
  • Significant staff management, coaching, and leadership experience, including budget and financial management skills.
