Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting for Assets Maintenance Coordinator to join our assets team in Katherine.

The Assets Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing maintenance services for Roper Gulf Regional Council's building and infrastructure (eg. Council offices, maintenance shed and equipment).

In this role, you will manage and/or conduct regular and emergency maintenance and repairs to ensure quality standard is maintained.

Our successful candidate will have trade qualification in a relevant industry, and/or extensive knowledge and working experience in a similar role, ideally in a Local Government operations, systems and processes. You will have demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure maintenances services and/or asset maintenance. Proven capability to undertake field inspections and accurately documenting asset condition, set out works, plan and self-manage daily work activities and organise priorities.

This is a Permanent, Full-time position based in Katherine, NT.

Salary

Level 5 indicative $79,862.13 to $87,796.37 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).

Additional benefits include subsidised accommodation, 6 weeks annual leave plus leave loading, 10 days of paid personal or carer's leave, salary packaging options, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
