Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting project delivery through procurement and tender activities
  • Managing contract documentation and budget analysis
  • Preparing financial reports and analyzing cash flows
  • Attending sites to assess progress claims and ensure compliance with project requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • Proven experience in industrial projects over $20 million
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
