Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction methodology, WHS legislation, and site management systems. You will be required to multitask with ease, prioritizing multiple responsibilities such as monitoring and managing project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations, including subcontractor and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare sites pre-construction, including set-out and establishing site facilities.
  • Multitask with ease, prioritizing multiple responsibilities such as monitoring and managing project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Motivate and lead on-site teams to work efficiently and collaboratively, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, site management systems, and budget requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in industrial and / or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, WHS legislation, and site management systems.
  • Proven leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore experience desirable).
