
Effective Disability Support Specialist

This is a critical role that requires an individual with strong knowledge and experience within the disability industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide support services to individuals with disabilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake designated internal and external reporting tasks
- Undertake designated compliance functions
- Case management and program coordination
- Provide service staff with support and guidance
- Provide service users with information and support
- Direct service delivery
- On-Call duties
The ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge and experience within the disability industry, including knowledge and expertise in industry regulation – NDIS, Restrictive Practices. A minimum of 2 years in a related role is required, along with a Certificate IV or above in an accredited relevant community sector qualification or willingness to obtain.
