Job Role Overview

Our organization is seeking dedicated professionals to provide care and support services in a community setting.

This role involves delivering high-quality client care while maintaining confidentiality and respecting individual boundaries.

  • Supporting clients with their daily living needs, including personal care and domestic assistance.
  • Providing transportation and community access as required.
  • Monitoring client condition and reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Administering medication, manual handling, and providing daily living assistance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing (or equivalent) or relevant experience in the Aged Care or Disability sector.
  • Previous experience working with clients who have cognitive and/or physical limitations.
  • A valid Queensland driver's license with comprehensive insurance and service history.
  • A current First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • The ability to obtain a satisfactory background check.
