Job Title:

Payroll Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing payroll team
  • Collaborate with other Team Leads and the National Payroll Manager on strategic payroll initiatives
  • Champion change management and process improvement across the payroll function
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll issues
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and integrations
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll leadership within a complex, high-volume environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
