The Job Description- Prepare fortnightly payrolls for multiple sites across Victoria.
- Maintain payroll records, processing variations, new starters, leave, and timesheets.
- Calculate and process termination payments and correction pays.
- Process Centrelink requests, ABS surveys, and information requests.
- Experience in payroll processing with a strong understanding of taxation and superannuation legislation.
- Confidence in using HRIS, electronic timekeeping systems, and related databases.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Ability to interpret and apply conditions of employment (Awards, Enterprise Agreements).
- Provide excellent customer service skills and respond timely to queries.
