Lead a High-Performing Team in a Dynamic Environment

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations on our state-of-the-art broiler bird farms in Regional Victoria.

As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our farm, including:

  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Leading, training, and motivating a team of 6–8 staff to achieve excellence in a professional and commercial environment.
  • Driving continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices.
  • Adhering to relevant legislation and company policies, including biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
