A national technical training leader is required to oversee, manage and participate in the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of technical training to a tax team nationally. The role involves ensuring learning content remains up-to-date, relevant and tuned into clients' evolving needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning & Development, and other subject matter experts to coordinate delivery of timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical training needs by level and market.
  • Manage national technical training schedule and Learning & Development Budget, ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders and providing regular updates on expense tracking.
  • Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.

This position can be based from multiple offices nationwide with some interstate travel expected. A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (more than 5 years postgraduate) including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime is required. Experience in managing a holistic technical development program is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising with key stakeholders on training needs.
