National Tax Training Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Tax Training Director to lead our tax training initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of technical training programs for our national tax team.
- You will work closely with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts to coordinate timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical training needs.
- You will manage the national technical training schedule and budget, ensuring training is effectively delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
- You will curate and manage a knowledge library to provide easy access to contemporary training tools for tax team members.
This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your chartered accountant background and significant client-facing tax experience (>>5 years postgraduate experience) to drive tax training excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with key stakeholders on training needs.
