About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Lead IT Systems Support Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills, project management abilities, and leadership qualities while working alongside our experienced IT Manager.

This is a multifaceted position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As part of our small team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and support to internal users, as well as serving as the technical escalation point for escalated issues.

As a project lead, you will drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget. You will work closely with our Head of IT to develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Your natural ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders will be essential in this role. You will be expected to communicate effectively with internal users, managers, and external vendors, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 3 technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, working closely with the Head of IT
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a hands-on level 3 / systems administration role
  • 2 years' experience leading others or acting as a technical escalation point
  • Strong skills in Windows Server administration, O365
  • Exposure to networking is a plus
  • Experience managing projects and delivering on time
