As a Behavioural Insights Specialist, you will be part of a team that embeds themselves in organisations to design and execute behavioural-led interventions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop evidence-based strategies to address complex human challenges.
Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, exploring and diagnosing business problems, applying quantitative and qualitative research methods, and designing and implementing behavioural interventions. You will also have the opportunity to work across various industries, from major banks to universities and global pharma giants.
To succeed in this role, you will need postgraduate qualifications in psychology, behavioural economics, or a related field, as well as prior experience in consulting, research, or behavioural insights.
