Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage large technology-based programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, budget, and within quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large technology-based programs using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
  • Implement rigorous program management and control disciplines to meet client expectations and deliver a high-quality service.
Requirements:
  • A successful track record of delivering multiple large-scale projects for blue-chip clients.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • Natural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
  • Experience in delivering programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques.
