Digital Marketing Specialist - VIC

The Role

A dynamic opportunity to leverage digital marketing expertise and drive business growth as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Mimco. This role involves coordinating and executing various digital marketing components to support CRM, marketing emails, SEM, SEO, and website content.

This position will also contribute to the development of customer strategies, email communications, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition of new members, improve first purchase rates, reduce churn, and foster growth within customer segments
  • Support the Development Manager in formulating and executing personalized customer journeys through email and other channels that adapt to customer needs
  • Collaborate with digital marketing leads to utilize loyalty audience data strategies to discover new customers and maximize value from existing ones
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative digital communications across emails, websites, and digital assets
  • Manage and maintain product feeds suitable for multiple performance channels
  • Assist in implementing technical requirements for website enhancements to maximize ROI and enhance organic search results listings
  • Work with the SEO lead to implement Search Engine Optimization best practices and identify areas for content development
  • Develop UX improvements through CRO and web testing strategies across the Mimco website

The Successful Candidate

  • Should possess experience in managing and developing email communications and CRM tactics
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud experience is highly valued
  • Agency management experience, including email design, build, and CRM
  • Experience driving ROI from CRM, e-marketing, and content marketing programs
  • Evidence of training or development in Marketing Cloud
