The Opportunity

We now have an amazing opportunity to be PARTT of something meaningful. As a key member of our Care Services team, you will play a hands-on role supporting participants in our Community Access Programme and in-home care services.

The successful candidates will possess the experience to work with individuals with complex care needs. Local applicants are preferred.

Key Duties
  • Medication administration
  • Home Based Daily Living Support
  • Taking participants for appointments and other community participation
  • Behavior observation and support
  • Meal preparation and shopping assistance
  • Maintaining a record of participant progress
  • Assessing participants to determine continuing needs
  • Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence
  • Manual Handling of participants
  • Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers and weekends
Who We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced, capable support workers.

The successful candidates will have:

  • Own vehicle for transport with comprehensive insurance
  • Ability to work varied shifts including short shifts
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing or related industries highly regarded
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current NT Unrestricted Driver's License
