Marketing Campaign Coordinator

 

The primary objective of this role is to effectively coordinate and implement marketing campaigns for residential agency listings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of marketing campaigns, including managing current campaigns and setting up new ones;
  • Collaborating with a media agency to develop media schedules, timelines, and budgets in liaison with Agency directors;
  • Overseeing the timely delivery of marketing collateral, such as floorplans, copywriting, brochures, photography, and videography;
  • Managing the rollout of media campaigns, encompassing online advertisements on property portals, social media ads, digital display banners, and print ads;
  • Utilizing CBRE's automation platform Eloqua to manage, create, and send eDM communications;
  • Setting up new projects in CBRE's CRM (Salesforce) and ensuring lead assignment is accurate;
  • Providing weekly vendor reporting on marketing and sales activity in liaison with directors and reviewing campaigns based on enquiry and sales results;
  • Attending vendor meetings as requested, both on-site and in-office;
  • Ensuring the CBRE website remains up-to-date with Agency listings and projects;
  • Managing the content of online listings, including price points, open times, and copywriting;
  • Responsible for managing CBRE social media accounts in collaboration with the marketing team.
