We guide sellers through every step of the process — from preparing their home for market to selecting the right agent and overseeing the campaign. Our service is unique, client-first, and built on over 30 years of real estate experience.

The Opportunity

We are expanding and seeking an experienced real estate professional who is looking for a fresh, rewarding career path as a Vendor Advocate.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with clients, understands the sales process inside-out, but is tired of the relentless weekend work, office politics, and sales targets.

As a Vendor Advocate, you'll:

  • Work directly with homeowners, guiding them through the selling journey.
  • Use your real estate expertise to help clients choose the right selling agent and strategy.
  • Oversee property preparation, marketing, and the campaign process — always with the seller's best interests in mind.
  • Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to focus on relationships instead of chasing listings.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a licensed real estate agent.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, local property market, and agent practices.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • The ability to work independently, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
