Woolworths Food Company (WFC) is one of the four divisions of the Woolworths Food Group. This centre of expertise is set to establish a world class FMCG business and change the landscape of the Australian food industry. WFC will drive clear competitive advantage for the Food Group through increased innovation in own and exclusive brands, expansion into growth markets, building manufacturing excellence and the establishment of strategic, long-term partnerships.
**The Opportunity**
The Communications Coordinator will support the WFC Communications Team to build, preserve and share brand knowledge, content and assets, working cross functionally across all teams, to support campaigns and activations for WFC own brands.
This role is an integrated role within the WFC Brand team and the broader Woolworths Brand and Marketing team, providing a unique opportunity to integrate and work across the various Woolworths Food brands (Woolworths Core, Macro, Little Ones etc.).
**What you'll do
- Support the teams in sourcing product nominations and content, for various campaigns and activations such as seasonal campaigns and integration.
- Manage the awards entry process for WFC products, including submissions, sampling and communication of wins.
- Coordinate our Catalogue approach including nominations and meal planners
- Help lead the revolution of WFC's presence Online including updating images and content which is a key strategic priority with high visibility across the business.
- Conduct basic fortnightly Competitor Activity reporting (launches, catalogues, media etc.) as well as support in campaign reporting
- Support the team on all aspects of creative development include visibility (opportunity for growth and learning) on the entire process from briefing to development to launch and reporting
- Work cross functionally across all teams, you will assist the teams in the creation of new brand assets, online and owned campaign implementations, and internal communications updates. As well as help on the maintenance and governance of brand and content assets including managing a creative asset database.Be responsible for the Monthly WFC Brand & Activation update, that showcases our key campaigns and initiatives to key Stakeholders in the business, which will require you to centralise all information and content, and have an acute visibility and understanding of all brand activities.

- Financial best practice - forecasting, reporting (preferred but not essential)
- Tertiary education in Marketing & Communications or Marketing requiredIdeally 2-3 years Marketing/Comms experience in Corporate or Agency
