Senior Sales and Business Growth Manager

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales and Business Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and retention outcomes across our Practice Line of Business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- A proven sales leader with a track record of driving sales growth and customer retention.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
