About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales and Business Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and retention outcomes across our Practice Line of Business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  2. Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  4. Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team success.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
