Senior Psychologist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Prison Mental Health Service.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will provide high-level clinical services and leadership within the Prison Mental Health Service team, responsible for forensic mental healthcare through timely and responsive service provision required to meet the objectives of the PMHS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in Psychology (Honours, Graduate Diploma) from an accredited tertiary institution
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate
  • Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be highly desirable
Benefits:

Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 comprised of hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
