Job Description

Lead a team of Medical and Hospital Claims Professionals in driving operational excellence, service quality, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members.

  • Optimise claims processing efficiency
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven leadership and team management experience, Strong knowledge of Hospital and Medical claims in PHI, Solid computer literacy and familiarity with business systems, Certificate IV in Business, Management or equivalent.
