Job Description:

As an Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist, you will join our team in Sydney on a 12-month contract. You will work alongside passionate professionals to engage, attract, recruit, and onboard early talent for EY's graduate and undergraduate programs.

This role is based in Sydney – Warrang. We can adjust our roles to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about possible options.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates.
  • Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) is embedded in our processes and programs.
  • Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates.
  • Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organisations.
  • Lead and present at large numbers of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables. Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with program development, learning design, and facilitation.
What We Look For
  • Previous talent acquisition experience.
  • A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring.
  • Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Complex and creative problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learning.
