As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate service to our clients, while also handling daily proactive administrative duties.



Key Responsibilities


  • Answer and distribute calls received
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in web training to enhance our processes
  • Assist with promotions, events, and other sales functions
  • Generate sales reports (system generated documents)
  • Ensure all billing is actioned and updated
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date information in our company operating system


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:




  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • A great attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • A proactive approach to work and a willingness to take responsibility for your performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Office and data entry experience


What We Offer
