This Analyst position plays a pivotal role in delivering record-to-report and other business processes, including detailed design, standardization, and implementation of best practices and controls leveraging SAP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the lifecycle of business process improvements, from design to implementation and control embedding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with program streams to ensure interdependencies are considered and decisions align with enterprise objectives.
- Risk Management and Governance: Assess, manage, and support delivery and delivered risks through governance forums using an iterative approach.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, standardization, automation, and control enhancement, including upstream system leverage.
- Knowledge Management: Document end-to-end processes and establish knowledge management operating models with process owners.
- Leadership and Team Support: Provide project leadership, advocacy, and guidance to junior team members.
- A minimum 3 years experience in various finance roles.
- Experience designing business processes, particularly procurement-to-pay, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
- Experience working in large-scale finance systems implementations.
- Facilitation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity and drives initiatives forward.
