Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the team responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of project support and change management professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust project and change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proactive communication strategies are implemented.
  • Drive the effective planning, execution, and embedding of change initiatives to minimize resistance and maximize engagement.
  • Maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms for project progress, status, resource utilization, and change adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Project and Change Management Experience with evidence of successful business delivery.
  • Certified in a Formal Project Management and/or Change Methodology.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High-level collaboration and communication skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
