Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of change management initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and complex business-as-usual activities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance transformation and project-based delivery uplift.
- Identify training needs, address change issues, and mitigate risks.
- Develop compelling data-driven and narrative-led content to engage various audiences.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Change Practice to standardize change activities and ensure artefact quality.
- Anticipate and plan for potential resistance and other change-related risks.
- Prepare inputs for governance and status reporting activities.
- Drive organizational capability and maturity through change management activities.
